About WIC
The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program helps pregnant women, new mothers, and young children (ages five and under) stay healthy.
WIC Benefits

Eligibility
- Pregnant, breastfeeding (up to one year), postpartum (up to six months), infants, and children under five years old.
- Meet income guidelines (at or below 185% of the federal poverty level).
- Be at nutritional risk (determined by a health and diet assessment).
- Reside in Texas (U.S. citizenship not required).

Completing the form does not guarantee your enrollment in the program, as your eligibility will be determined when you attend your first WIC appointment.
