Community Investment Program

The Community Investment Program (CIP) is a multi-year guide that outlines planned investments in infrastructure and community projects. The CIP is adopted each year through the annual budget ordinance.

Popular Annual Financial Report

A summary document that highlights the city’s key financial data in an easily understandable format.

Annual Comprehensive Financial Report

A set of financial statements that are audited by an independent auditor and adhere to accounting standards established by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board.

Single Audit Reports

An annual audit performed by an independent auditor that ensures the city is managing federal funds properly.

Indirect Cost Plans

Indirect Cost Plans distribute costs for services like administrative support in an equitable and reasonable manner across operating departments, divisions, and funds. Each pays a portion of the cost based on the benefit received from the shared service or support function.

Debt Schedules

The city’s Debt Schedule table outlines the principal and interest payments owed by the city.  It provides a running total of principal, interest and total debt service.

Annual Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Report

The City of Amarillo – Annual Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Report details the current tax rate on hotel stays, the revenue collected, and the beneficiaries of these funds. It also includes information on taxes for sports and community venues. This report shows how hotel taxes support local initiatives and venues in Amarillo.

HB3693 Compliance Report (Utilities Consumption)

The HB3693 Compliance Report on utilities consumption provides an annual overview of how the city manages utility usage in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  2. Click “Contribute a better translation.”
  3. Double-click the area of the pop-up that says “Click a word for alternative translations, or double-click to edit directly.”
  4. Make your edits directly in the text box.
  5. Press “Contribute” to submit your suggested changes.
