Water Distribution Division

The Water Distribution Division manages the operation and maintenance of over 1063 miles of potable water distribution mains. With a responsibility for approximately 72,000 active meter installations, this division conducts tasks such as handling new service taps, constructing and repairing water mains, installing and maintaining fire hydrants, responding to customer service requests, and locating utility mains.

Wastewater Collection Division

The Wastewater Collection Division oversees the operation and maintenance of approximately 911 miles of wastewater collection mains and 52 wastewater pumping stations. This integral system is designed to collect all domestic and industrial wastewater, transporting it to the Water Reclamation Facilities for treatment. The division is involved in installing, repairing, cleaning, and maintaining mains and manholes, new service taps, and responding to customer service requests.
