At the City of Amarillo, we believe in the power of community-driven solutions to address community challenges. The Bulk Waste Pilot program is dedicated to tackling illegal dumping and waste accumulation in our neighborhoods, one alleyway at a time.

Each month, the pilot program will partner with approved participants to clean-up illegally dumped waste in specific neighborhood alleyways. The pilot program will address the following areas of Amarillo: San Jacinto, the Barrio, North Heights, and Eastridge.

Through collaboration with dedicated city staff and program participants, we're making strides towards cleaner, safer, and more vibrant communities. Our core mission is to empower citizens to take action, fostering a sense of pride and ownership in our shared spaces.
