You may request a compliance dismissal of your citation with payment of a fee if you are charged with the following offenses:

| Operate Motor Vehicle without License Plate, with one Plate, or without Insignia (Registration) | $10.00 |
| Expired Registration | $20.00 |
| Display Altered, Unclean, or Obscured License Plate | $10.00 |
| Operate Vehicle with Defective Required Equipment (or in Unsafe Condition) | $10.00 |
You request for a compliance dismissal must also include your proof of compliance with the violation that the citation was written for to the Court. This can be filed with the Court by mail/email or in person at the Court Clerk's office.
Upon the Judge's approval for a compliance dismissal of your citation, you must pay the appropriate dismissal fee as listed above.
The offense Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility (No Insurance) also qualifies for dismissal at no charge if the following conditions are met: Proof submitted that you were covered by a valid policy of vehicle liability insurance on the date and time of the offense. The information must show proof of financial responsibility. If the proof provided does not cover you on the date and time of the offense you will be notified by the court.
