  Aspires to be a family-friendly neighborhood where residents choose to live for the upbringing of their families, reflecting well-maintained homes, safe streets, and sidewalks for people of all ages. A strong sense of pride of ownership permeates throughout.
• Job Opportunities and Quality Housing
  Strives to offer excellent job opportunities and quality housing choices, particularly in proximity to one of Amarillo’s major economic centers.
• Prominence in Small Businesses
  Aims to be recognized for its small businesses, creating an environment where owning a business in the area is desirable. These businesses not only serve residents but also attract people from across Amarillo, offering unique handicrafts, diverse ethnic foods, and engaging events.
• Innovative Urban Agriculture
  Envisions the implementation of innovative urban agricultural practices. Residents leverage their farming skills to grow products, contributing to both self-sufficiency and income generation.
• Route 66 Gateway Enhancement
  Strives to become an exciting Route 66 gateway into Amarillo. Enhanced landscaping, signage, and lighting will welcome Route 66 travelers as they enter the city, fostering business opportunities stemming from increased tourist activity.
