Pay a City Invoice with the Online Payment Portal

Before paying your invoice . . . 

  • Locate your Customer ID from your invoice/statement.
  • Choose to Register for a PayAMA Account or opt for a One-time Payment.
  • Follow the steps below.

Register for an Account to Pay Online

Register an Account Steps (For Regular or Recurring Payments) 

Step 1: Click the "Pay Now" button.

Step 2: Click "Register Now" to setup an account.

Step 3: Once an account is setup, select "Add Account" to add your billing account. 

Please use the Customer ID from your invoice/statement 00XXXXXX.

 Step 4: Select "Pay Bill" and follow the prompts. 

The following video shows the registration process (the same process as paying water utility bills).

Pay by One-Time Payment

One-time Payment Steps

Step 1: To make a one-time payment click the "Pay Now" button.

Step 2:  Select the Payment type you want to make.

I.e. Select Finance Payment for an invoice, select one of the other options if you do not have an invoice.

 Step 3: For Finance payments please enter your customer ID from your invoice/statement.

I.e. 00XXXXXX
