Offered by the Community Development Department, P.R.E.P. Academy equips individuals with the skills and experience needed for employment and career advancement. The academy is particularly beneficial for those entering or re-entering the workforce, especially individuals with limited work experience or skills gaps. It provides a structured environment where participants can gain hands-on experience, receive training, and build confidence.
