The Amarillo Police Department hosts a Law Enforcement Explorer Post through the Learning for Life Corporation. The Learning for Life Corporation “offers seven programs designed to support schools and community based organizations in their efforts to prepare youth to successfully handle the complexities of contemporary society and to enhance their self-confidence, motivation, and self-esteem.” Exploring is Learning for Life’s career education program for young men and women who are 14 through 20 years old. • Meet your Police Explorer Advisers and Committee Members
• Learn about activities and meetings
• Witness promotion ceremony for current Exploring members
• Obtain an application to join Post 5507!
