Make your own adventure and learn how to camp with Amarillo Parks and Recreation. Don’t have the gear? We have a team of staff and volunteers that have the experience to teach you and your family how to have fun while camping. Activities include camp set-up, outdoor dinner cooking demo, building campfires, smores, campfire stories, morning hike, outdoor breakfast cooking, and a fun family friendly nature activity!  Families are encouraged to sign up. Overnight will be in a secure park location with staff there the whole time.
