Amarillo Public Library is delighted to be partnering with Panhandle Community Services to help uninsured individuals and families get healthcare coverage.  Certified Heath Navigators from PCS will be available at various library locations throughout the open enrollment period to help people apply, enroll, and understand Marketplace Health Insurance.  PCS representatives will also be able to offer information and education on the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC).
