An in-person book sale is not safe while COVID cases keep the City of Amarillo at Level Red—so we’re going virtual again!  As with previous sales, a link to photos of the book sale will post to Amarillo Public Library’s Facebook page at 9 AM on Saturday, December 4.  People who are signed up to receive library announcements will receive the link by email that same morning.  (You can sign up at amarillolibrary.org.) 

Browse through the photos and send an email to BookSale@amarillolibrary.org to let us know what you’d like to buy.  Be sure to include the row, column, and shelf numbers where you saw the books or media you’d like to purchase.   We’ll email you if you forget, but the book sale is first come/first served, so forgetting to tell us where you saw your items can send you to the back of the line!

Prices are $1 for mass market paperbacks and $2 for everything else (hardcovers, trade paperbacks, audiobooks, and DVDs).  The book sale will close at 9 AM on the morning of Monday, December 6.  Experience tells us that it takes a week to 10 days to fill all the orders, but we’ll email you as soon as your books are ready!
