READ ROAM REPEAT

Working out is good for your body--AND your brain!
Beginning March 10, visit the East Branch Library to sign up for READ-ROAM-REPEAT and take on a challenge to build healthy habits by exercising at least 15 minutes for 20 days in one month.  Record your exercise on the activity log we provide and check out and read two books to earn prizes as you reach milestones along the way.
