Small Town Entertainment is excited to present A Night of Entertainment. This event will feature comedy, music with a DJ, and live music.
The show will feature music by DJ Rob Flex with the comedy and hosting performed by Shed G, a well renowned comedian, actor and radio personality known for his clean faith-based comedy. Shed G has worked alongside Tyler Perry in hit movies like Madea's Family Reunion, A Madea's Christmas, Meet the Browns, Madea's Halloween & The Last Madea Film A Madea Funeral. He was featured on hit TV shows like House of Payne, Meet The Browns, The Rickey Smiley TV Show and Kevin Hart’s Hart Of The City. Shed G has opened stages for many music artists such as New Edition, Anthony David, S.O.S Band, Earth Wind and Fire, The Temptations, Brian McKnight, Marvin Sapp, and Lalah Hathaway. He has also opened for fellow comedian’s Ricky Smiley, Dave Chapelle, Gary Owen, and & Kevin Hart. He is The Church Stars Christian Comedian of The Year.

Our musical guest will feature Rook, Rashad “Saxual” Maybell, and The Songbird Jinda. a rising RnB music artist. Rook is a Texas hip hop artist with a diverse style that appeals to a diverse musical audience with the EP, I Am Free. Rashad has been performing over 19 years as a Saxophonist. He has played in the band “the Jevon Watson Experience” and he has also opened shows for Chrisette Michele, Wes Morgan & Luciano Gospel Concert, RnB group Silk, and recorded artist Freddie Jackson.

The headlining artist for this event is the The Songbird Jinda. Jinda was born into a musical family including her uncle Aaron Blackman, Tracey Blackman, and Cindy Blackman-Santana and she has been singing since the age of 2. Growing up Jinda was in the girls group S.U.G.A that opened shows for Montell Jordan, Lauryn Hill, and the Fugees. Jinda as a solo artist has performed as a background singer for the late great Ollie Woodson of the Temptations and performed in shows for Chante’ Moore, Lakeside, Ginuwine, J. Holiday, Tank, and Bobby Valentio just to name a few.
