Please include your full name, citation number and contact information with all correspondence. The Amarillo Municipal Court is a court of record. All Motions must be written and filed with the clerk’s office. Oral Motions will not be accepted.

Municipal Court offers walk-in court times for your convenience during the following days and times: 

  • Monday – Friday from 11:00 am and 2:00 pm
  • Additional time is available on Tuesday’s at 3:30 pm

Municipal Court offers virtual (online) walk-in court times for your convenience during the following days and times: 

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 3:30 pm
  • Thursday at 5:30 pm
  • Friday at 8:30 am

Municipal Court is closed on the following holidays. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the holiday shall be observed the preceding Friday. If it falls on a Sunday, it shall be observed the following Monday.

  5. Press “Contribute” to submit your suggested changes.
