*A permit and inspection are required at any event expecting greater than 2500 attendees or hosting 11 or more cooking location on site within a single calendar day.

*All fees must be paid in full, and inspections are scheduled prior to event date. A site plan must be turned into FMO and be approved.

*Standby personnel may be required for events.
