Utility Billing WILL NOT be assessing any penalties or late fees, nor will any payments be reflected as late, during this transition period.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Visit the new Utility Billing Self Service Portal here.
  2. Click on the Self Service tab on the left side menu.
  3. Click the Register button located below the login form.
  4. Complete the self-registration form by creating a unique user ID and password.
  5. Click save to submit your account registration form.
  6. Log out of your account using the top right account name drop-down button.
  7. Click the login button at the top right corner of your screen to log back into your account.
  8. You're all set! Your new account has been created.
