If you pay at a pay station, please contact the Credit Department at 806-378-3030 within two working days to ensure that your account is timely credited.

To make payment arrangements, please contact the Credit Department at 806-378-3030.

IF A PAYMENT IS 33 DAYS LATE, a 10% late fee may be added to that account.

IF A PAYMENT IS 63 DAYS LATE, a $25 penalty may be added to that account.

IF A PAYMENT IS 93 DAYS LATE, a $25 penalty may be added to that account.

Additionally, failure to timely pay your bill could result in a service disconnection.

IF YOUR OLDEST UNPAID BILL IS 63 DAYS LATE, the City may post a notice on your property.

IF YOUR OLDEST UNPAID BILL IS 93 DAYS LATE, the City may disconnect your service without further notice by pulling your water meter. You may then restore service by (1) paying your account in full and (2) paying a $25 service restoration fee. (Note that service will not be restored on weekends or after 5pm.) If you do not restore service, the City may close your account, retain your deposit, and contact a collection agency.
