Utility Billing software has changed to a new user software. As of February 18, 2019, all customers currently using Bill Trust will need to re-enroll for electronic payment services in the new utility bill payment software which will require your new account number. New account numbers will be in your billing statement or can be obtained from the Utility Billing department.

CP&D Engineering operates under the Development Services umbrella and provide services for street, drainage, water, wastewater improvements, and projects for other City infrastructure funded through the City Capital Improvement Program.

 

Our responsibilities include:

  • construction surveying
  • design
  • contract administration
  • inspection of projects
  • maintenance of public records for City and State projects
  • administer many ordinances regulating public right of way
  • oversee the regulations for City infrastructure

 


 

Our mission is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Amarillo and its extra territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) by ensuring the use of sound engineering design principles and compliance with applicable laws and regulations for the planning, design and construction of public infrastructure.
