The Public Health Department offers comprehensive Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) services, including testing, treatment, and education.

- Free risk reduction supplies (Condoms, lubricant etc.)

Call 806-378-6300 at 7:30 am to schedule a same-day appointment at the Public Health clinic.

- Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis and HIV — $20
- Trichomoniasis — $8.72
- STD treatment — $5
- Urine Pregnancy test — $10

Providers: How to Report
Positive results can be confidentially reported using the DSHS STD-27 form, by phone at 806-378-6344, through a lab report, or any system that provides the needed details for case investigation.
