Utility Billing WILL NOT be assessing any penalties or late fees, nor will any payments be reflected as late, during this transition period.

The Texas Health and Safety Code requires specific information regarding notifiable conditions be reported.

Reporting is required from:

  • Health care providers
  • Hospitals
  • Laboratories
  • Schools
  • Headstart Facilities
  • Daycare Facilities
  • Long Term or Acute Care Facilities
  • Nursing Facilities and Retirement Communities
  • Others

for any suspected or laboratory confirmed conditions.

  1. Download any relevant forms using the following links:
