It serves individuals and families facing homelessness, providing support, resources, and assistance to empower them toward greater wellness and self-sufficiency. Coming Home has grown along with expanding its reach and impact to become a significant resource for the community.

How can I sign up for the Coming Home program?

The Coming Home program is for those who are currently experiencing homelessness. For information about the program, or to sign up, please contact the Community Development Department at 806-378-3098.
