Utility Billing software has changed to a new user software. As of February 18, 2019, all customers currently using Bill Trust will need to re-enroll for electronic payment services in the new utility bill payment software which will require your new account number. New account numbers will be in your billing statement or can be obtained from the Utility Billing department.

In order for Amarillo to be represented in Austin, there will not be an Amarillo City Council meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 19. Three council members will be at the State Capitol on behalf of Amarillo to attend the Panhandle Days in Austin event. There will not be a quorum for Amarillo City Council.

Council members will be in Austin from Feb. 18-19, along with other business and community leaders and representatives of the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, to meet with state legislators to discuss issues relevant to the Texas Panhandle.

The Panhandle Days in Austin event occurs when the Texas Legislature is in session. The event allows elected officials and business and community leaders from the 26 counties in the Texas Panhandle to meet face-to-face with state lawmakers.
