The health equity grant aims to ensure equal access to healthcare for everyone in the community. Currently, the program focuses on the Refugee and Parolee populations (individuals ineligible for entry under refugee or immigration status).
Through this grant, education and resources are provided in multiple languages, along with community connections to help address health disparities and bridge gaps in care.
