Council Sets Special Meeting for 24/25 Budget, Tax Rate

AMARILLO – Amarillo City Council has scheduled a special meeting for a second and final reading of an ordinance adopting the City of Amarillo budget for the 2024/2025 fiscal year and an ordinance for the City of Amarillo tax rate.

The special meeting is Tuesday (September 17) at 3 p.m. in council chambers in Room 302 of city hall.

Both ordinances were approved upon first reading during the Sept. 10 council meeting.
