Launched in November 2016, the City of Amarillo and AEDC collaborated to create a comprehensive Economic Development Strategic Plan. This initiative, completed in August 2017 by Avalanche Consulting and Community Development Strategies (CDS), was approved by the City Council and the AEDC Board to guide the city’s economic future.
