Businesses licensed by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) and located in Amarillo must obtain a City Alcoholic Beverage License. This includes submitting the TABC application, city fees, and required documentation to the City Secretary’s Office.

TABC Licensing Information
If you have a business that is licensed by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), located inside Amarillo, then the Amarillo Municipal Code requires you to obtain a city alcoholic beverage license issued by the City of Amarillo. The State will require you to obtain the City Secretary’s signature for their application. The first step is to apply for these licenses and bring the State paperwork and City fees to the City Secretary’s Office.
