City Offices Closed for Fourth of July

Amarillo, TX – City of Amarillo offices, including all Public Library locations, Municipal Court, and Amarillo Animal Management & Welfare (AAM&W) will close Tuesday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. All locations will reopen Wednesday, July 5.

Additionally, the Amarillo City Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 4 is canceled. The next regularly scheduled meeting is Tuesday, July 11. Residents are reminded that both work and regular sessions of the Amarillo City Council are broadcast live on Suddenlink cable channel 110 and online at www.amarillo.gov/granicus. The same website may be accessed to view previous meetings, including full agenda packets and minutes from previous meetings.
